New Patient?

Front Desk
Our team at the front desk is our official welcome committee! With big friendly smiles, they will greet you, gather your health information, ensure we have your insurance information, review our payment options, and assist you with scheduling your next appointments. Everyone is specially trained to answer your questions and ensure you feel comfortable.
Hygiene
As all our professionals, our hygienists focus on “dental health care” vs. “disease care.” It’s why, as your North York dentist, we focus on individualized preventive dental care. Regular and consistent hygiene appointments ensure you receive timely cleanings, oral cancer screening, and intervention and interception of potential future concerns. Your first hygiene visit may take a bit longer than usual as we want to get to know you – your needs, wants, and smile dreams – so that our treatment plan that we customize for you strikes the perfect balance. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions without feeling rushed.
Checkup
Meet your doctor – either Dr. Zeynali or Dr. Mohammad Nazar. They will review your hygienist’s findings with you, examine your teeth and soft oral tissues, and with your input, develop a treatment plan that will help you achieve your most-healthy and most-beautiful smile. There will be opportunity to ask more questions and talk about next steps too!
Office Tour
Have you ever gone on a dental practice tour? Are you wondering why you would? Well, time and time again we see that for patients who have dental anxiety or fear due to past experiences, a practice tour can put them at much greater ease. And with some studies showing that upwards of 58% of people fit into this category and are at high risk for dental disease, we’re very intent on making a difference! Meeting the people who will care for you and knowing the lay of the land can work wonders to put your mind at rest, so you can get the care you need, want, and deserve.
